the location is very very near to the airport !! fast airport shuttle was provided. we also got a nice view

the aircon was a bit hot for the first couple of hours.. but we were glad that it’s became cooler at night

Nice interior and i like the pool as well. its large and its in the building. you wont get hot on a sunny day and wont be a problem of its raining.

breakfast was told ready at 6am. But it wasnt ready yet. We planned to get breakfast sharp at6 and leave at 630 am. we didnt get breakfast because we were worried we would rush for check in flight.

Carpark facility needs upgrade

Just nice!!!

The hotel management needs to plan for a proper parking expansion since it clearly cannot cope with the demand. Consequently, it is very difficult to maneuver a car within the hotel's compound.

Lovely and relaxing

We like the room and kitchen looked modern and have many lights. The lounge area near the in-house restaurant is pretty and very relaxing. Breakfast is commendable and the restaurant have good space. Swimming pool and the surrounding is also wonderful, hope the hotel will keep it clean and always maintain it. The most awesome is the complimentary rides to and from airport, it was so convenient and we don't mind to tip the drivers. Also it is a great idea to enable us to park our car there while we're abroad, but hopefully you'll be able to assure good security as well around the hotel area so we are more confident to leave our car there. A great experience will make us come back....thank you Jinhold :)

The lift can be slow. Maybe restaurant servers can smile a bit more to make us feel welcome.

Spacious & comfortable apartment unit.

The apartment unit is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Certainly a good place to stay even on a medium-long term basis.

The hot water for shower goes out quite fast (halfway through the shower)

Room great, everything is clean, quiet n calm place to stay with family. We ordered foods from the restaurant below, the foods Awesome, very nice n worth the money. Will come back stay here n enjoy the foods again. Besides the hotel just short distance in other words opposite to the Airport, very convenience, we had flight 6am and the hotel provide us free transport to airport at 4am

The ladies staff at front desk seems not happy with us. Every question we ask, she answered angrily and pass the check in process to her friend. Hopefully she can be professional next time

It was really FUN! all corners and nook are all worth instagram! we LOVE your staffs - very helpful!

We didn't take breakfast.

The cleanliness of the swimming pool. Facilities such as the sauna bath are not visible in some websites i.e. Booking.com. If we had known earlier, we could opt for it than the swimming pool.

i love how remote the area was.

i love how remote the area was. the restaurant was amazing, the foods was awesome and so glad they use a drive thru check in and out system, it sure does eases the process..

Thing is with the swimming pool, the picture looked blue but the actual water was green and the pools not very clean overall.. but we enjoyed it. just hope that they can clean it better that'd be nice The air-conditioner at my room was a slow pick up. we had to turn on the fan to cool off

Relaxing

I book an apartment unit for my family of 5. 4 adults and 1 infant. The apartment was super clean and equipped with dry and wet kitchen. They also provide a washing machine and all of the equipment functioning well. Their gym & spa and swimming pool (separate for adult and kids) was great.

Booking.com didn't provide selection for breakfast and we have to pay extra fees at the hotel restaurant

Home away from home

Our stay was very pleasant. We loved the hotel because it’s far from the bustling city and just opposite the airport. The pool was awesome though the pool water was a tad cold to our liking. But overall an awesome place to stay.

Breakfast. Cleanliness. The ultra-power waterfall shower. The salt pool. The friendly staff.

Location. It's just opposite the airport but you will have to take the taxi all the time to city centre.

The facilities are awesome, especially the free self laundry, and 24hrs swimming pool. Staffs are okay.

Misleading information regarding the time for in-room dining service which actually starts at 11am, instead of 7am as written in the guidebook provided in the hotel room. There’s no tumble dryer in the apartment.

great stay!

-the one bedroom residence provided with washer & dryer but my sister’s room wasn’t provided with dryer luckily they also provide dryer inside the building. -modern design room, nice and clean. -wide entrance hall. -love the swimming pool and the sauna room is located near the swimming pool too.

-the front desk wasn’t so friendly when asked few questions. -the breakfast spread not so good and the portion served is so limited and have to tell the staff to refill. again.. not friendly!
